A
fully integrated DICOM Storage and DICOM Application Server, compatible with any
DICOM modality and most DICOM viewing workstations. With the feature-rich
ImageGrid LT PACS Appliance, you can reduce your IT costs while benefiting from
many of the features and capabilities that are important to your operations.
With ImageGrid LT, managing and archiving studies from modalities like CR, DR
and Ultrasound has become easier and less costly, allowing imaging centers and
clinics to focus on patient care and profitable growth.
ImageGrid
PACS Appliance
ImageGrid
has proven compatibility with most DICOM viewing workstations, including leading
3D volumetric visualization solutions. ImageGrid customers have been able to
effectively implement necessary PACS functionalities in a very cost effective
manner while devoting funds to new modalities and better patient care. ImageGrid™
is a multi-modality and multi-workstation capable system and customers can
easily add modalities and workstations without any additional fees.
ImageGrid's
embedded database, appliance architecture and scalability make it the ideal
solution for facilities that have a 64-slice CT. These studies can be as large
as several gigabytes and ImageGrid has been able to efficiently receive, manage
and route these studies in multi-modality and high volume environments.
ImageGrid ILM Software and Tape Library
Candelis
has integrated its ImageGrid PACS Appliance with Sony's AIT3 and AIT5 tape
libraries. The ImageGrid ILM Software allows any studies archived on an
ImageGrid to be easily and seamlessly migrated to tape, while being actively
managed in ImageGrid's embedded database.
While
ImageGrid PACS appliances provides customers with cost effective, scalable and
always-online access to studies, the optional tape library can also address
specific needs:
Ability
to back-up of patient studies as part of efforts for compliance with HIPAA;
Implementation of an Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) strategy whereby
older or "aged" studies are migrated to tape for long term archiving. In these
cases, ImageGrid's Storage Retention feature can be used to delete permanently
migrated studies from the RAID 5 archive to accommodate new studies.
ImageGrid Web Viewer
With
the ImageGrid Web Viewer, imaging centers can securely and efficiently provide
viewing access to their referring physicians. Referring physicians would be
authorized to view their own patients' studies and reports from any PC, laptop
or workstation with an internet connection. By giving review access to referring
physicians, imaging facilities can strengthen the relationships that are vital
to the growth of their practice while improving communication and patient care.
ImageGrid
Modality Worklist & HL7
ImageGrid
offers an optional HL7 Support protocol for integration with an existing RIS,
HIS or EMR. This feature allows for the synchronization of patient data across
multiple different applications so as to achieve consistency between image
management applications and other electronic patient records.
ImageGrid Expansion
ImageGrid
Expansion Units are designed to cost-effectively and seamlessly expand the
archiving of ImageGrid PACS appliances. Expansion Units provide RAID 5 archiving
ranging from 3 TB to 11.25 TB in raw capacity and can be added in increments
that match customers' needs. ImageGrid's embedded database has been integrated
with the Expansion Units such that no changes or modifications are needed to
routing protocols, IP addresses and AE titles.
